The commentator said "he might have hit something", but there was no replay I think. The way he dabbed the back of his head with the towel, and the way he just stood there seemingly trying to clear his vision did look like he might have hit is head.
Edit: huh, they just showed a replay. I couldn't tell, but one commentator thought he might have connected with the linesperson's elbow.
