Should be an interesting matchup this, Novak return stance will be on his opposite side. On clay maybe Felix might struggle but on grass is where this matchup needs to happen hopefully this Wimby in Sf/Qf

Beatdown for FAA here. FAA has no weapons to hurt Djokovic.
I disagree, the weapons are there. he theoretically has a very good serve and a powerful FH. What will
make the difference is that he sprays so many errors off both wings and is not very smart with shot selection/anticipation on court. Djokovic will absorb his pace, and eat those weaknesses alive.

On a faster surface he might have a small chance. On clay, no chance.

It'll be fun to watch them finally play each other for the first though. Too much of a similar game style and Djokovic is superior in many respects if not all.

Don’t forget the age factor. Nadal destroyed Shapovalov but his age caught up with him at the end. Djokovic is much fitter admittedly, but Felix has a small chance.

It's so weird that there's an actual thread for this match...

Does anyone on this entire planet really believe FAA has even a tiny chance?

The least interesting QF by far, not helped by the fact that FAA is so boring.

I doubt Felix will even win 6 games tomorrow.
The burning question:

How many matches vs Djokovic will FAA need to win his 1st set?

Unfortunately, this is as exciting as this "rivalry" will ever get.

My guess is FAA wins his 1st set in 2025 in their 7th meeting. During Djokovic's retirement tour.

FAA is not that bad.:-D
Well...

Djokovic is that good, for one thing. He destroys better players than FAA.

And FAA has mental midgetry in his blood. His ancestors are pigeons, according to some reports from sports experts. in fact, he shares ancestry with Gasquet and Pioline.

So logically, one of the best ever players well known for being confident vs a guy who is 1-9 in finals and an underachiever...

... should result in a great pigeonry.

Felix has been flying a bit under the radar this clay season but I don’t expect him to beat Djokovic. Don’t think he even gets to three sets.

Don’t forget the age factor. Nadal destroyed Shapovalov but his age caught up with him at the end. Djokovic is much fitter admittedly, but Felix has a small chance.
You're right, Felix has a 1.3% chance. And Felix is fit as can be, he's just a choker in most big moments.

Fit Felix:

Compare FAA to Denis.... if you dare.
