What would u recommend for a slightly better control and whip for a one hander without losing too much of the easy power and forgiveness? I feel like the answer might simply be "there is no such upgrade and it's all tradeoffs" but since I'm curious about the new vcore I might try a few different racquets anyways. Currently thinking:
* VCore 98: might be the closest to what I want, more control and maneuverability with good power and spin. Not as muted as EZone and not as raw/low-powered as other 98s.
* Speed MP 2026: tried it briefly and didn't feel much difference other than slightly higher power and a different feel. Most people seem to like it though so thought I'd give it a proper demo.
* Anything else worth trying? A list of racquets I tried and didn't switch to in the past is below. As you can see I already tried a lot of racquets in the past so I wouldn't be offended if you think I should just give up.
---- Speed Tour 2026: inconsistent power/sweetspot, not a lot of spin, too demanding for me as an average (4.0) club player
---- Radical mp: smaller sweet spot and lower power. Not sure it's the right trade-off for me.
---- Extreme pro: the older version. Similar to Radical mp, but a bit more power and forgiveness. Didn't love the feel, but I can see myself trying out the newer version and potentially like it.
---- blade 16x19: raw and low powered
---- percept: similar to blade
---- pure aero 98: I just didn't like this jarring feeling/sound at contact. Also feels less forgiving than speed mp.
---- pure strike 98: used to like the gen 2. Later gen didn't feel better, sligtly stiffer and more muted than gen 2. Less forgiving than speed mp
---- shift: plastic feel and weird launch angle
---- tf40 18x20: pretty nice, but my elbow was sore after a couple of months potentially due to the 18x20
---- tfight 305 ISO: high sw and stiff
