Novak was a little unlucky. He almost came back. in USOpen 2021.
If Novak had won set 3, he would have won the match. Easily. Med was cramping.
Expect the same thing here. Sinner will start feeling it physically and start hobbling around in set 4, and fade away in set 5.

Usual stuff. Nobody from this tour can beat Djokovic in BO5. They can sometimes win 2 sets, but none of them is good enough to win 3 sets in one match. This is why Djokovic will keep winning slams in his 40's.
