Lol, Nadal's reaction to that lady was amazing.

At least Djokovic now has the opportunity to legitimise this Wimbledon title to some extent if he takes out a decent Alcaraz in the QF which is good and on top of that I just wanna see good tennis and a match between the two is probably the best this tournament has to offer, but at the same time I'm getting a bit nervous about the prospect of that encounter now as a Djokovic fan. I'm still backing Novak (I expect Alcaraz to take care of Sinner) but Alcaraz has some serious weaponry at his disposal. Whether or not he can put it all together on the big stage over 5 sets against Novak remains to be seen. But yeah, this kid is definitely coming.
I will say this, if Novak does win this Wimbledon beating Alcaraz, ain't no chance of an asterisk on it.

This kid is playing at a ridiculous level already. Time will tell of course but the QF has the makings of a true classic.

It's nice to some extent to see your guy picking up title after title even against a weaker field just because of the emotional attachment you have to certain players you've been watching since you were young (I've been a Novak fan since I was like 8 lol). But eventually you want them to demonstrate that they still have the capability to really turn the screw when needed. If Alcaraz turns up in the QF this is Djokovic's chance to do just that.

Alcaraz’s combo of power groundstrokes on grass followed by net skills is a lethal combo. Otte isn’t the best mover but good lord were these strokes hard as hell to deal with.

Ijust watched the replay of this match, there goes otte, the grass specialist, i said it likemora than one year ago, i been waiting to see alcaraz on grass, his game always seemed suited to grass to me, he can do loads of damage, for novak to have a chance against him he has to play his very best, and even tough its gonna be a tremendous battle, lest see if he can keep up with the intensity from carlos

That’s some level the kid produced there. Awesome to watch. Otte capitulated at the end but that was the equivalent of opening the portholes in a submarine that’s already been torpedoed.

Guy got demolished.

Sinner match up looks tasty, I think el Roca will have too much for the Südtirol ski-bum though. Should be a cracker of a match!

I think Alcaraz is playing better than Djokovic and Nadal. His movement on grass is frighteningly good.

It will come down to serve and return dynamics on grass if he plays Djokovic.

I take drugs and i can tell you alcaraz doesnt take them
I was responding to the Bungled up nitwit. Italy is a much worse country regarding doping than Spain, much worse.

For example, in 2019 WADA recorded 53 doping violations from Italian athletes to 7 doping violations from Spanish athletes. The Italian guys definitely like to get an extra kick with their morning coffee.

Russia is still worse, with 68 cases, but the problem is Russia is a much bigger country than Italy, so the Italians are the top of the top, the most rotten country in doping cases, at least in 2019.

@Baseline_Bungle do you know if Sinner is taking any vitamins? He sure hits hard for such a slender kid.

Sinner definetly has a face of somebody that could be taking advantange of some aphetamine based vitamins, i dont discard that he could be injecting heroin to recover after long matches either, the pause in his voice, watery red eyes, and extreme relaxation also suggest that, i like the guy, but he may be doing things with his body that are not sustainable on the long term
