If the logic is given, when was the last time that the 1 and 2 in the world met in a Cincinnati final?

Alcaraz needs to work on a few things to improve especially in Hardcourts and Indoors:

- BP conversion
- Exhausting himself in 3 setters
- Have a more clutch serve when the going gets tough.

If he improves on these 3 aspects, he'll become even better.

I missed Hubie's miss on MP but by all accounts, his nerves got the better of him. When Alcaraz was down 4-1 in tb, I noticed he returned way back behind the baseline. Apparently, it worked.
The MP happened on Carlos's serve at 30-40 and 4-5 in the second set. Carlos hit a short sitter in the middle of the court to Hubi who hit his FH wide. It was a very makeable shot and Hubi looked deflated afterwards. The commentator merely said, "Oh my! What a chance that was."

Gotta hand it to the kid, he certainly knows how to find a way to win even when playing nowhere near his best.

It'd be nice if he improved his BP conversion rate to make his job easier.

Carlos is definitely playing much better the last hour than he played all tournament in Toronto or earlier in Cincy. He's finally discovering his game again, but Hubi has gone away mentally since the blown MP. Djokovic should probably be favored tomorrow since he's in beautiful form.

I give Alcaraz the edge despite Djokovic looking good. Carlos just have the mental edge currently over the field.

I think Zverev v Djokovic will be a battle too but see djoko edges it. We will see

This is the problem with Hurcatz. he can't get his big 1st serve in the Tiebreakers when it counts the most and chokes it away.. he does the same thing when he plays novak in the tiebreaker

Carlitos Alcaraz will seek tomorrow to become the third Spanish tennis player to win the Cincinnati tournament after Carlos "Charly" Moya and Rafael "Bull" Nadal.
Will he get it?
:D

What a way to finish it. He just has a wonderful flair for the dramatic.

Gonna miss the Djokovic match unfortunately. Hoping to see him make Djokoraz happen and it should happen, Zverev ain't beating him because you know he wants a shot at Alcaraz again.
