Nah probably not. Unless you can beat a 3.0 with a 7 utr. Usta is a f-ing joke. ZERO oversight. I will not play usta again after this year. Waste of time and money.

A couple of the top 4.0 guys in our league beaten today in tri 1-1 by a 3.5 and 4.0. It’s out of hand at this point.

Really close, that is how it can be at Nationals, just a point or two here and there.

Well, it happened, five 4-0 teams, one of them is sent home without losing a team match.

Middle States - 4-0 / 15-1
NorCal - 4-0 / 14-2
Southern - 4-0 / 14-2
PNW - 4-0 / 13-3

Texas - 4-0 / 12-4

So Texas doesn't lose a match, winning each one 3-1, and doesn't advance to the semis. That has to be tough.

18+ 4.0M, Middle States and Southern into the final. Given Texas didn't bring their full roster, those were the top 2 teams in my simulation.

Winning 3-2, 1D went to Southern in a match tie-break as the closest of the five matches. Four courts went as expected including 1D, one match was a pick'em and went to Middle States.

The semis similarly went more or less as expected, One micro upset gave Southern the 3-2 win over Florida, and all five courts went as expected for MS over Eastern.

So of the 15 courts, 13 went as expected by my ratings and one of those misses was really a pick-em. That ain't too bad.

It is interesting, there was stacking going on leading to some lopsided match-ups, and those that stacked perhaps hurt themselves.
