Honestly this matchup has makings of a great rivalry only if Shapovalov turns around his career. It has those Federer vs Nadal vibes with such unique gamestyle in both ends. I expect Alcaraz to win this in tight 3 setter.

If Shapo could play consistently up to his true potential, this could be a beautiful rivalry. But, as of today, that is asking too much. A shame to see that beautiful game of his appear only a couple of times a year. When Shapo is on his game is a thing of beauty.

I hope this one delivers. Somehow Carlos allows some time of splendid tennis from their opponents, and I hope to see that from Shapo.

One thing now, Alcaraz's tough draw is starting to materialize.

Musetti in form waiting for him, and it looks very likely Tsitsipas will be straight after that one. And all that before a possible showdown with Djokovic in the semis.
He’s gotta do it the hard way. The best way.

It's honestly pretty tough to envision. :D If he goes through Musetti playing like he has played so far, then Tsitsipas, Djokovic, and then likely a Zverev or even Rune, it would be one of the better runs to a major title that there's ever been.
