Djokovic is a much better attacker than Medvedev, who often looks hesitant when he should be pressing forward confidently. There was one shot in that tiebreak around the 3-3 mark, Medvedev hit a strong shot from inside the court and his instinctive next move was to step backwards not keep moving forwards, it snuffed out his momentum and reset the point to neutral when he was on top.
