I was thinking the best he will do in his career after this massive slump from AO 23 is probably lucky to win an elusive and it still is ATP 500 He still needs to tick that off as well as a slam but I still don’t have faith in him to do that..

I saw a lot of decent BHs this week he was really crunching those CC and DTL leading up in training vids as well as match days Clay really Sheilds his weaknesses especially on ROS. His BH in 2019 never seemed like the weakness it is today and that a lot I think about his general confidence as well as just taking it on more and rifling it rather than trying to placing it rally shot it

Probably the best week of Tsitsipas' career next to his Tour Finals title - his level at Monte Carlo 2021 was a bit higher but this one will be made all the sweeter by his recent spell in the doldrums. Having only notched one top ten win since the start of 2023, to tick off three in a week on the way to a comeback title marks this out as a special win. Hopefully Stefanos brings the same level to the ensuing clay tournaments as I love watching him build points on this surface.
