2024 Prince Phantom 100x 305 grommets fit the 2020 versions

As per the title, 2024 Prince Phantom 100x 305 grommets fit the 2020 Prince Phantom 100x 305 rackets, with one side effect - the 2024 grommet seem to be significantly heavier than the 2020 versions.

I'm not 100% sure exactly how much heavier in terms of static weight because I didn't think to check until I'd gotten back from the courts after my first hitting session with the new grommets in, but if I had to guess it's at least 1-2g heavier. In terms of swingweight, switching the 2020 stock grommets for the 2024 grommets increased swingweight by ~3-5 - a difference that was apparent fairly quickly on the court and the reason I felt the need to re-check the specs on my racket as soon as I got back home.

I'm not sure if this is a positive or a negative for most of you, but plan/customize accordingly!

Make a note of it for next time you replace grommets. You can drill holes in the solid parts of the bumper guard before you install. Use a small 1/8 or 1/4" drill bit to drill separate holes. Weigh the guard as you drill so you only drill out what you need. 6-8 holes are about 1 gram.
