Looks like there is no thread. Welcome back to the court Mr Tim Van Rijthoven who is making his first appearance on ATP tour since I believe 2 years? He is down a set 4-6 before rain was suspended. But very exciting to see the big man back. I don't expect him to repeat his efforts from two years ago but I didn't expect him to beat Fritz, FAA (in form), and Medvedev to get his first and only ATP title.

Van Rijthoven will play the demon who is top seed in the second round if he can come back against Bergs (match has been suspended rain).

Raonic also playing. Griekspoor, Mannarino, Thompson, Khachanov, Humbert, Korda, & Tommy Paul make up the other seeds. Dangerous floaters Fils, Cazaux (plays Fils 1st rd).

I played the 5.0 version of raonic in a tournament last Friday. His lefty kick serves were bouncing over my head. Lol. Can't imagine raonic's serve.

Tim should have tried coming through qualies to get a few matches but he's probably broke. Long road back. Hopefully he can make wimby qualies but it will have to be a WC which is highly unlikely.

I still watch that run from time to time. I still have the videos somewhere on my hard drive. Truly inspirational work on grasscourt. Then what Tim did against Olelka at Wimbledon, chefs kiss.

De Minaur is just too good, he's taking the ball so early and hit it deep consistently and with angles as well. Korda had no answer in the first set. Korda looks slow, he moves slow and he reacts slow. De Minaur is sharp and quick!
