Foe v Dimi should be highly entertaining!I'm not sure Tiafoe gets passed Dmitrov, but definitely don't see him beating Fritz vs Zverev winner.

Tiafoe can only play good at USO with the crowd roaring him on. Besides a fluky run to a QF in AO 2019, he hasn't done anything noteworthy at the other 3 majors. Expect his ranking to drop in the first-second quarter of next year until the US swing comes around
I don't know.What do you want then?
If he deserves credit, why do you call him 'Foemug'. Maybe you should be more respectful? Maybe tennis players don't deserve to be belittled.Foemug deserves credit, he gets underrated by the American media and tennis fans but he keeps his head down and keeps improving. Hope he loses to Z in semi , respect!!
Consistent at what? He was almost ranked outside the top 30 after Wimby and then made up some points in these US eventsAnd yet somehow, that still makes him more consistent than just about everyone ranked lower than Rublev.
No, Zverev will surely make the final only to be annihilated by Sinner or Medvedev. This guys saids Zeverev to win the US open now... is this true ?
nah he will get a lead and then zverev it away with double faultsNo, Zverev will surely make the final only to be annihilated by Sinner or Medvedev.
Couldn't see Z today, how's my boy playing??
Youzhny did this in Miami; I remember being there and watching it live. And then he won the match.Hurting yourself to get an MTO is the honest man's version of legal cheating
The Colonel bashed himself in the face with his racket repeatedly until he drew blood. A truly bizarre moment in tennis history.Youzhny did this in Miami; I remember being there and watching it live. And then he won the match.
Great win for Big Foe. He’s had a good run at us open before so it is no surprise.Wow Pops losing to Big Foe! I thought he would carry the Novak win deeper with momentum behind him. Disappointing for him, such a great chance to progress to week 2…same thing happened for Botic after the Raz match. Is it a case of too much taken out to win such high stakes/high profile matches that there’s nothing left mentally!? I certainly expected him to handle Big Foe. @Hitman did Foe play really well or did Pops just didn’t bring it yday?
For whom exactly?Zverev is needed to keep USO interesting, tennis needs Zverev in the USO final. His shot at redemption. He's the guy IMO who deserves the title the most, even if he is not the fav to win it.
Zverev is much better than any American. He can at least make the final more competitive. For whom exactly?
US needs an American in the final.
I want an American and anyone but Z
Yeah but the chainz man (Grandma thinks they are weird), the I want to rant and hit out at things (but I did that and they punished me heavily, so I'd better not), the choking at any moment, the 2nd serve history (largely controlled now, but in a GS final...?).Zverev is much better than any American. He can at least make the final more competitive.
Big Foe v Dimitrov is hard to call now. I’m leaning towards the American here. I think Zverev will beat Fritz this time too.
This dude hasn’t even won a title with top 10 opposition. He had to win against a choking Tabillo. He ain’t winning a slamThis guys saids Zeverev to win the US open now... is this true ?
out of those 4 De minaur may make it. he is kinda staying under the radar.Draper, Machac, De Minaur, and Jordan Thompson: one of these 4 will be a USO semifinalist.
Don't see anyone stopping him tbhSinner to win #2 at flushing.
Pushvedev is going to have a hard time with Sinners missiles at the openDon't see anyone stopping him tbh
Tiafoe played significantly better than Djokovic, I don't know that there was a massive difference between Popyrin's levels. Botic was a disaster against Draper though. At one point he hit 5 double faults in a row.Neither of the destroyers of Alcaraz and Djokovic made it into the next round. Does this mean neither played as well this time round or were Alcaraz and Djokovic just unexpectedly bad opponents???
You tell us, you're the soothsayer. This guys saids Zeverev to win the US open now... is this true ?
And if they can't, we must harness this unending power source for the good of humankind! When two chokers meet, one has to win.

Foe won 20 games, Pop 19. It was fairly close. Foe won the right points.Neither of the destroyers of Alcaraz and Djokovic made it into the next round. Does this mean neither played as well this time round or were Alcaraz and Djokovic just unexpectedly bad opponents???

Players "ranked below Rublev" like Tsitsipas and Ruud have both made it to major finals on two different surfaces, something Tiafoe's never done
True, but Soderling was actually pretty darn good. He did beat both Federer and Nadal at a major.
There's probably 8 players who can say they've done that? Djokovic, Hewitt, Wawrinka, Murray, del Potro, Tsonga, Berdych, Soderling...am I missing anyone?
Hewitt should not be on that list.
You did!Machac just cruising through his service games so far. Hopefully I have not just jinxed him.
I doubt many people in the UK have heard of him, only hard core tennis fans.It is so hard for me to overcome my hatred for the British media and their unrelenting hype machine to appreciate Draper's game, but he really can play some damn good stuff.
Give it time. They tried their best after Queens, but he didn't help them out at Wimbledon.I doubt many people in the UK have heard of him, only hard core tennis fans.
My doubles partner has tried his best with interviews and even some hitting:Give it time. They tried their best after Queens, but he didn't help them out at Wimbledon.
Gamewise he seems near enough there, but I want to see his body hold up in/after a long match before saying he's ready. Is Draper on the cusp of being the real deal here?
