Finally! A match we all expected to happen. But who do you expect to win?

Fritz took their last match in 5 at Wimbledon, but this isn't grass. Zverev won in straights in Rome, but this isn't clay. The last time they played on hard was well over a year ago. Zverev leads the overall h2h by a narrow 5-4. Unless we get Medvedev vs Sinner, this could be the match of the tournament.

I will be cheering for Fritz but my head tells me Z will pull it out.

Is it just me or does Fritz not seem to blossom under the spotlight quite like some of the other players?

50/50 on this match. I'n going with Fritz as he'll have the home crowd, & Zverev is too susceptible letting things get under his skin.

Expecting a 5 setter.

Predicting Zverev slam-matches is like roulette. He may be the favourite but he may as well self-explode. As usual, he didn't dominate his previous rounds, loosing sets here and there against players he should beat more easily. Fritz was more convincing and had tougher opponents but against Ruud he didn't play particularly special. It's pretty much a toss up but I think the Ziraffe will come through in 4 or 5.

I don't think Fritz likes playing on the Ashe. He lost the only 2 matches he's played there, including the blood bath against Djokovic last year. There is a reason why he requets to play all his matches on the Armstrong and the Grandstand... Conditions are so different. This detail shouldn't be overlooked.

Presuming the ankle holds up and isn't an issue, in his current form, I think Zverev is playing too consistent and heavy on his groundies for Fritz to be able to dictate as much as he needs to, to win. Zverev in 4 or 5.

Luckily Fritz is not the last man standing to prevent the ultimate meltdown. Anyhow, the sooner the Zedmug is defeated the better. Fritz in 5 it will be. #ABZ

Will Z "do it for the boys" this time?

Imagine beeing such a horrible person, only you family are willing to work for you. Even Ferrero was so disgusted by this guy, he could´t keep his mouth shut about it!

I will be cheering for Zverev. He seem very relaxed and confident.

Juan Carlos Ferrero on coaching Carlos Alcaraz: "The opposite of what I lived with Alexander Zverev, it wasn't anymore a life of private jets and high standard hotels"

Fritz. Do it man. Save tennis today.

Can we get this going already, I need to wash the last match out of my mouth. Their Wimbledon match was a baller, albeit with excuses in play, and on a surface where Fritz is much better than Zverev.

Once again forced to watch this with German commentary. A truly traumatic experience, unless Fritz wins haha.
