I was thinking moreDoes he has the right Struff, baby?
Probably not.
I dont find a good point that because youre worse at something you have potential to get better than someone who is already better than you at that something, just because alcaraz is more complete, doesnt mean hes closer to his ceiling, not necesarely at all, in fact, the thing that alcaraz is lacking is the most basic thing you get with age and experience: consistency, and the hability to pace yourself. That's reasonable. However, Alcaraz is already a very complete player. The only big thing he can improve is his serve. And maybe the concentration lapses.
Sinner has a bit more upside. His net play is weak. His movement front and back is not as good -given his height. His drop shots are awful. Slice isn't great. And serve could be better for such a tall guy.
So it will be interesting to see who improves more and has the edge. Sinner is just a little bit more steady and you know that he will always be there in the finals.
With Carlos - he has a GOD mode that no one can live with. But then he has another mode in which he gets beaten by mugs especially on hardcourts.
Anyway - it will be interesting. Let's see who wins more.
Story of his life - the mad genius. He will make the difficult look easy and the easy look difficult.Alcaraz flubs a put away forehand and comes up with an epic volley to get it anyway.
Struff in a very giving mood today.
I agree with this perfectly as well. This is sound reasoning. Let's see what happens in the future. We are lucky to see such a compelling rivalry and 2 great players with ATG potential.I dont find a good point that because youre worse at something you have potential to get better than someone who is already better than you at that something, just because alcaraz is more complete, doesnt mean hes closer to his ceiling, not necesarely at all, in fact, the thing that alcaraz is lacking is the most basic thing you get with age and experience: consistency, and the hability to pace yourself.
This made me lol. Your opponent makes double faults and misses rally sitter balls in the net.Alcaraz breaks! Mental giant!
He’s winning it again!Fun match, Alcaraz did a good job avoiding a 5th set here, switched it to a higher gear at the right time in the 4th set.
Would be very surprised if he doesn't make the final here.
That's exactly my thought. I think it's great to have 2 players so different in styles and personalities. That is exactly what makes a great rivalry. Which is why Fed-Nadal was so compelling.
He’s winning it again!
I got it right! Thanks bro for the acknowledgment

Massive waste of a set for the german, this could have definitely gone to the 5th.
Lol - is this anti jinxing or have you become an Alcaraz fan? He’s winning it again!
This match was truly The Carlos Alcaraz Experience. The good, bad and the uglyWhat a way of breaking and closing the match, i mean come on...
He played a great tennis after a long time, 5 first round losses and only one second round in the last two Slams and four Masters, so it hasn't been all that bad at this Wimbledon for Struff. Yeah, that game at 4-4 was a gift, but overall? Quite a solid performance, especially the adjustments he made after the first set. That sitter volley that Struff missed on his serve game will haunt him. That could be the difference between losing in 4 sets or forcing a tight 5th set.

I agree. I would put both at 60-40. Alcaraz is due for a loss against both.Sinner and Novak can definitely beat him but yeah he'd be the favourite. Say 60-40 against Sinner and maybe 70-30 against Novak in the eventual final.
