The french canadian we speak is way different compared to the actual french they speak over there. To watch him code switch he looks like a complete phony
He plays atleast 3 tournament there.
Montepillar
RG
Paris masters.

Good way to get support

Yeah its hard to believe Felix is ranked so high, really just a non-slam player.
The ranking system needs an overhaul to stop rewarding these pretenders.
99% of the world's population has never heard of the non-slam events anyway.

cobolli looks like a decent guy but i seriously struggle to find some appeal in his game... looks like a relentless soporific FH-drilling/grunting machine to me: is there anything wrong with me, folks?
he would make berasategui look like a creative artist...
(i mean... of course there's something wrong with me...... but i mean more specifically with my perception of cobolli here)

He can play some nice stuff inside! The guy has very decent hands. Today there is no need for him to do any of that. You'll see it in the month ahead! :D

Cobolli is more soporific than Sinner.

I initially thought that a FAA’s exit would improve Z’s chances, but the more I think about it, the more I feel that Cobolli would be a tougher opponent for Z in a hypothetical final.

In fact, I would probably say the same about Arnaldi and Berrettini as well.
Coboli beat Zed in Munich 2 months back.
FAA beat Zed in last year's us open.
No one is easy

I am so happy right now.

Cobolli through to the SF and played great. Felix couldn't raise his level enough in those last 2 sets.

If somebody told us before the tournament that there would be two Italians in the SF and to name them, none of us would have gotten it right. Lol.

Who would you cheer for if Berasategui was up against a famous bovine?

Truly hope that Cobolli makes it to the final. His A/A+ game is good enough to trouble the Zodrot. Admittedly thin air but still better than the alternatives.
