3D printed pallets

Anyone here into 3D printing? I was thinking this would be a good way to make extended racquets...anyone?

The Burn FST models came with a plastic insert that you could slip over the pallet which was supposed to make it easier and more comfortable to hit a "modern" 2hbh. Supposedly the current gen Blade models offer the same technology but now you can 3d print the insert into different shapes. I don't think it's what you're looking for, but here's a link.

Search the threads. There is an after market extension that slips over the end of the frame, which could be used to extend the length 0.5 inch.

A poster did design/created some pallets. Was a fail as the material used made the pallets way too heavy and brittle. Injection molding uses a different plastic composition.

Don’t really believe in this as a Babolat and a Head grip are different.
