Mission Impossible 3-7 are insanely epic
The fact that you left off 2 is disgraceful.

I’ve never seen 1 or 2 lol. I went with a friend to see 3 in theaters and kept up from there. I watch reactions to 3-7 often also and read reviews and everyone says it got good at 3 so never been curious enough
Those are kids who never saw MI2. 2 and 3 were like 8 years apart so many never saw the first 2. In my opinion, the 2nd one is top 2-3. By far the best opening scene. He did the actual rock climbing for real on a fake set. If you want epic, 2 has you covered. So much of the rest of the series stems from 2.

Cant be a slam with 8 players lol. But not a bad idea for a full draw.
100% agreed!

This was an absolutely fantastic video!!!

Yes I meant a full draw of 128 players ... best of 5 sets.

It can be called the Saudi Arabia Year End Slam .... Fight to be the King of Kings.

This event can be longer than your 2 weeks, you can make it 3 weeks as well since it is at the end of the calendar year. Make it larger than life. It can be Indoors.

I disagree.

It feels like a shot of energy, something different, which the sport DESPERATELY needs.
I agree with you. Tennis is a stuffy, country club sport. I like these exhibitions of elite tennis players and the promos that follow. I’m a fan of the sports entertainment value it adds and the prize money makes up for it being an expo. I think we need more events like it limited to top players with this sort of epic feel.
The elite tour can rival the atp tour as inventional events offering crazy prizes to bring out the best competition. They had these types of events back in the day, time to bring it full circle on a new level

That's true. There used to be more variety when it came to the events of the past.

Back in the 1970s through the early 1990s they used to have a winner-take-all jackpot event.

It was different, but still interesting to watch.

That's something that the sport really needs right now.

The Laver Cup is as stale as 2 year old bread.

Now if only they could make the camera angles and live broadcasts of tennis more exciting.

Pretty much every young person I know avoids watching tennis on TV/streaming online. They feel like it is boring -- and this is amongst the people that play tennis.

I would be happy if they could get rid of Robbie Koenig from the commentary box.

He is awful!

So is Nick Kyrgios.
I want better angles and cuts during the broadcasts/streaming.

Look at how the NFL and NBA and even NHL's camera angles and broadcasts have evolved over the years.

Tennis has barely changed to the point, that sometimes, court level videos uploaded by fans are even more exciting to watch.

True, but it gets a lot of people wanting to watch it due to the big3 participants.
It's fine to have an event like the Laver Cup.

Actually, I'm all for it.

But the idea of Team Europe vs Team Rest of The World has been done to death...

It might as well be team Miyagi-Do vs Team Cobra Kai.

They need to either change the format or pull the plug on this thing.

Team Countries that have colonized and tried to expland their territory
vs
Team Countries that stay at home

I would say Zverev. Sasha is also slamless but he at least is a top 5 player and will put up a good show. He is one of the 6 kings now and has a better personality than loser Rune.

He looks terrible as Thor. He tries to put up a serious face but terrible. Even that guy in that norse series Ragnarok on Netflix is better than this Rune clown.
im pretty sure sascha refused the offer

No one wants to see Zod.

Even Riyadh is ABZ.

It's pretty obvious that we're heading into the dark ages of the post Big 3 era, where Alcaraz and Sinner (Doper to some) are the only attractions that the sport has to offer.

I'm pretty sure tennis will survive. It was around long before those players and it will continue after them. Unless, of course, people brainwash themselves into thinking about this recent era in quasi-religious terms, which does happen and is very unfortunate (the same happened with the Borg-Mac era).

To be fair, the sport has never been in this bad of shape.

We've never had a seven year period of players in their early to mid 30s dominating the field.

guess I didn't pay attention to the format, so this is more like 3 princes and 1 spoiler to challenge 2 kings slam!
Why have Nadal and Djokovic got byes exactly? What a ****ing farcial load of bollocks this is.
Will they all come out to ABBAs Money Money Money song?
Bet they all have to sing the Saudi national anthem as well.

More attractions will come, they always do. Alcaraz and Sinner are two great leaders for the sport at the top, the supporting cast will continue to build.
