7 Year old boy saves sister from murderer

It's a little unnerving, really. I wonder if the boy consciously knew what he was doing, or was he possibly just following his instincts; save his sister right then and there. I now could honestly say I would willingly give my life to save a friend/family's, but if it were when I was seven? I don't think I would have the guts.

What a great brother. And then he's gone.

That kid's got more guts than most of us here currently have or ever will have. To be perfectly honest, I don't know if I have to guts to do what he did. I hope there's a heaven kid, cause you really deserve to be in it.

if it was me, id do the same thing, because if u think about it, it should be a natural reaction and the right thing to do, unless it is a very conceited individual

It SHOULD be a natural reaction- but would you actually be able to move? Would you be too frightened? I know that when I was 7, I was (pretty much) scared of the adults because they were so tall and big. Would I want to protect my sister? Yeah, definately. Would I be able to do what that kid did? Probably not.

yea that guy should either be sentenced to life or death sentence.

Death sentence might be too easy on the murderer. He needs to be tortured for a long long time.

Most of us will probably just wet our pants at only seven years old.

just kill him. what good does it do to torture him. its not gonna bring the kid back. it is russia so im sure they will deal with this guy swiftly and severely. there is no screwing around with russian's.

What good does it do NOT to torture him? ;)
Does he deserve quick death? Or does he deserve something worse? What kind of a person stab a 7 yrs old multiple times? The kid probably didn't have a quick death.

There's no need to be vindictive. Yes, the killer should be executed or serve a life sentence, but to torture him would be stooping to his level.

lets not forget he was going to **** a 12 year old girl, too.

If there is ever a right time to get vindictive, this would qualify to be one of them. Once a person chooses to do this kind of horrible acts (kill a 7 years old and try to **** a 12 years old), this person pretty much give up his right to be a human. I have more respect to the animals and vegetables I consume during lunch and supper...and breakfast too...some say it is the most important meal of the day....

I've been on the other side of vindictiveness and it made me want to pummel the vindictive person. I didn't go out on a date with a crazy woman because I was working. She felt rejected so she told lies about me to no end. I'm still having trouble repairing some friendships due to her vindictive behavior. Still think vindictiveness is ok? Wait til it happens to you.

Reread what I posted.

So you are comparing yourself to a child killer and child rapist? :confused:

Family->vindictive->murderer
crazy date->vindictive->Rickson

Well, I might be wrong though, haha, confusing...

This sick girl told my friend's mother in law that I was claiming I had sex with his wife. My friend's wife and I have a joke we've been telling for a long time about how she's my gf while her husband is my best friend. This vindictive girl got a laugh out of it back when we were cool, but after she felt that I rejected her, she twisted my words around and now my buddy's wife and mother in law are blaming me. I told them that the sicko is to blame for instigating and making up the sex part, but they feel I shouldn't have used that joke even though the wife is the one who invented the joke. Sicko is being vindictive. There is no room for vindictiveness in the world.

and what does he gain by being a champ burning in hell?
(im not saying he is. its just an example that what does someone gain by having fame and heroism in hell? nothing!)

If going out as he did warrants a sentence to hell, you and I and Tennis Warehouse are all looking at a bleak afterlife.

Well, what he gained was knowing that he saved his sister and doing everything he could to protect those he loves.

I always think when good person died young because heaven requires their service.

Some say only the good die young, but they die because their heart stops beating, not because "heaven" (an already perfect sanctuary) "requires their service".

Jesus, however, said, "Let the little children come to me, and stop keeping them away, because the kingdom of heaven belongs to people like these."

5th chamber chamber of oil cauldrons, sex offenders go here and are fried in oil

10th chamber chamber of pounding, cold blooded murderers are pounded in this chamber

yes thats true also. i dont know but i think at that age when they are like 7 htey are too young to make a disicion to follow Jesus, so God takes themt to heaven. But when we turn like 10 or something we all have to make the decision to follow Jesus or the devil

If you mean "we all" as in the kids who have been raised as Christians that is fine, but not everyone has to make that decision. To most, it would just be like choosing who is your favourite character in a fairytale - the goody or the baddy.

coz im radically saved and going to heaven, and that i know that Jesus is alive, how is it with your soul?

So you only believe in God to avoid eternal damnation? Have you ever heard of Pascal's Wager? If god were omniscient, he would see through the reason you are Christian, and are only worshipping him so you can get into Heaven. God would know that you are not pure. I am an atheist, but I do not have problems with other peoples beliefs.

there is nothing wrong with wanting being a christian to aoid hell!
allthough i do love him also and want to meet him in heaven and be with him forever

I don't want to turn this into a religious debate and take away from the original point of this thread. I'm done.
