a question on junior tournament rules

so I was watching junior tournament the other day. Not really interested, my kids don't play.
During one match, while playing third set super tiebreak, one girl took bathroom break at like 10:10 score (in the middle of the tiebreak). She took maybe 10 minutes. When she returned she requested a judge - and since there wasn't one available immediately the girls waited like another 10 minutes or so before completing tiebreak.
My questions are:
1) is it legal to take a bathroom break in the middle of the tiebreak (or a game)? I do not care if it is gamesmanship or not, just whether it is allowed by rules.
2) is it legal to wait in the middle of the tiebreak (or a game) for a judge? Again, I do not care if it is gamesmanship or not, just whether it is allowed by rules.

Refer to "friend at court" Toilet/Change of Attire Break or Attire Break under Rule
29(c) of the ITF Rules of Tennis and USTA Regulation
III.F.; or
d. Seeking the assistance of the Referee under USTA Regula-
tion IV.C.5.

@tenniscrazed - thank you. It looks that the girl did nothing wrong, all within the rules.
Never thought one can take bathroom break during game/tiebreak. Oh well, you learn something every day.

Your quite welcome. As you can see tennis and it's rules tend to be a bit complex. It's no wonder most referees don't get it right.
