In other words, you're a typical nerdy kid. Have fun while you can and get that stuff out of your system sooner rather than later, that is, if you plan to stay in the US. Otherwise, life isn't going to be too pleasant for you there. 35-year old nerds are NOT cute on that side of the Pacific. But you have some time.

I used to listen to it religiously back when I had time during my college years. I used to collect episodes...

But I love trance and I love the shows. The other one you should check out is Global DJ Broadcast with Markus Schulz.

Yes, I love Markus too. He is currently touring with Armin in Australia. I've seen both of them live--amazing DJ's!

I love the trance that I've heard- what station is the show on and when does it play?

They stream on Digital Imported website, www.di.fm, every Thursday evening (Holland time). I just download them. Let me know if you need further info.

I like Van Burenn, Ferry Corsten, DJ Tiesto (Yeah all Dutchies). It too is pretty much the only kind of music I can listen to always. Ferry Corsten is the best though. Actually my sig is a Ferry Corsten song I just remembered. "Rock your body, rock"

Hell yeah, my man. I remember the exact moment when Ferry dropped this song, it had unbelieveable synth and basslines...it went like *zzztzzzzzz--zzzzzz rock-your-body-rock zzzzzzz", together with crazy lights, smokes, it was crazy!!

I've seen Armin, Ferrn and Tijs and I must say Tijs is still the KING of live performance. I'm a big fan of Armin's ASOT but I dont think his live shows lives up to the UPLIFITING TRANCE that I crave for. Ferry is amazing too but I've been following Tijs for more than 6 years now and I'm still absolutely mesmerized by them.

Tijs Verwest's new CD, ISOS 5, is coming out in late April!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i love house too, just not as much as trance. i've seen sasha, digweed, sander, roger sanchez, benny benassi and other guys. i really can't enjoy house music when i am sober.

on the other hand, TRANCE is my anti-drug! i am in ecstasy everytime i hear the melody baby...

Cool! Record player- players, takes alot of talent to play other people's music....over top of other people's music!

I read in a magazine that Paul Van **** was now the number one DJ behind Tiesto. I dont know what that means but they did rank them.

That's because its hard to really rank or judge a bunch of people who don't actually make the music. They play other peoples music simultaneously. I don't consider that making your own music. Even if some of them are cutting your own tracks, they are programming it in and not playing anything. It's repetetive and akin to watching grass grow. Just think, anyone with no musical talent can still be the NUMBER 1 DJ!!

that was the past. PVD is an awesome DJ, don't get me wrong, but IMO, he was nowhere as energetic, cheery and charismatic as Tiesto.

Check out the updated list so far this year

The King is back baby..

Truth. I've been to both and Tiesto rocked the place.

The closest Armin would come was houston...on a weeknight.

Then don't listen to it... damn.... It's like a "DJ" murdered your family.

Meh, radio sucks. THe only thing worth listening to is Bob & Tom...

You must live in the NC-SC region of the US. I listened to Bob & Tom in the morning every morning going to school for like three years. :)

Hmm, I do not agree with this.

Here, watch some grass grow:

Benny Benassi (Live at Drama, Belgrade, mpg, 87 Mb)

wow, these Serbian girls are on fire. Novak Djokovic must be gettin' a lot of these, huh?

Benassi's music is wayyy too "hard" and techno-ish for me. He needs to have some melodies in his songs.

If you want to become the Number One DJ in the World, you cannot have "no producing talent." Just look at Tijs, Armin, Ferry, Paul, Sasha, Digweed, Oakenfold and all of those guys. They all produce their music.

Anybody can DJ, given the equipment and the beatmatch skills. There can be 4000000 Bedroom DJ's out there but how many Tiesto's are there? If you can't blend in your production into your tracklist, I can assure one thing. You will not be number one DJ in the world.

I don't listen to that, but I listen to Digitally Imported radio from time to time. It broadcasts trance 24/7. I also listen to Paul Van Dyk, DJ Tiesto, Ferry Corsten, Armin Van Buuren on my car.

Do you guys have a big collection of glowsticks and real tight mesh tank tops? And pacifiers? Do you know the "running man'?
