Hey TW Staff and everyone else here!
A month ago I had the opportunity to demo a Babolat Pure Drive 98 2025 from TW. I've played with the 1st gen version and had a good experience with it, so I was pretty hyped to try this one. However, after hitting with it for the whole week, I actually hated it. I submitted a 1-star review explaining why I didn't think this was a good update, but since then I haven't yet seen my review--- and now this week I'm seeing a couple reviews posted on the page. Those 2 reviews has a 5 star and a 4 star rating. Furthermore, I've given another racket (Head Speed Pro 2024) a 1 star review before but that one was posted the next day... and all my other reviews were posted the next day (which were mostly 4 and 5 stars). I've tried reaching out to TW but they will not respond to this issue. So now I'm creating this poll to see what you readers think about this.
For context, I said in my review that I thought after hitting with it I personally think the racket was far too muted, way too stiff, and much more harder to maneuver with. I also went into depth about the changes Babolat went with the racket--- slightly tightening the string pattern from 16x19 to 16x20 as well as making the top half of the hoop a slight box-beam design. I assumed Babolat was looking to improve on control with this new version, but these adjustments in my opinion was too much of a trade off that took away too much power, speed, and spin.
That was just my opinion, but the question is, was there anything wrong with what I said? Did I made any offense of some sort? Why after multiple attempts of reaching out to TW these past several weeks on why the review hasn't been posted yet, they will not respond?
