Acquire HQ old matches?

I'd like to buy some old tennis matches in higher quality than YouTube, but I'm not sure where the best place to buy them is. Haven't found any relevant thread here.

Has anyone tried tennisondvds.com ? They seem to have everything, even if the price is hefty.

The Wimbledon match is on ESPN Replay still if you just want to stream it; if you're looking to keep it then not sure.

The "Tennis Nexus" used to be a good site. He had tons of matches and only charged $7 each if I remember right. He got shut down in 2011.

I think they stopped the sale of "bootlegged" tennis DVD's almost completely.

I'm looking for rare ones. Matches such as 2004 Nadal-Roddick in USO 04, or Youzhny-Nadal Chennai 08.

How would you guys find these? They must exist, because there are clips on YouTube.

I guess because of Youtube and such, buying DVD's have gotten to be a rare thing. I still want to find videos of Mecir playing against Chang, Agassi and Becker. I remember as a kid just being almost mesmerized at Mecir's unpredictable shot making abilities. Too bad that Lendl pretty much had his number...

I, like the OP, would like to find some older matches on DVD. The YouTube thing gets old after a while plus the quality is usually pretty poor. I prefer actually having the DVD's to play. I'll check the site mentioned here to see what they have.

After cutting the cord, and subsequently losing my DirecTV feed of The Tennis Channel, I subscribed to Tennis Channel Plus which gives unlimited access to lots of archived matches. If you enjoy watching both recent matches and the really the old stuff on demand, this is another option.
