Hello everyone!
I have a question:

I bought a new Wilson Pro Staff 100LS (2014) racquet and I want to add silicone in the handle to make my racquet heavier with 10 grams. How many silicone must I add to the handle? :?: (for example: half way from the end of the hole of the handle) And must be remove all of the default substance? (in the picture I marked in red what I mean)

You have to dig out the foam in there. IMHO is best to use blue tac or poster putty instead. You can measure out 10g exactly and it's remove able

I recall people doing silicone on a plastic bag sitting on a scale and then putting the bag in the handle

Can you tell me please what is the weight of the default foam? (What
I marked in the image in the #1 post)

Silicone weighs 1g per cubic centimeter.
Blue tack often comes in marked segments, they weigh about 4g each.
Blue tack doesn't dry out like play dough and it's easier to remove then silicone.
