Adding weight at the 7 inch location

I want to put 8 grams of lead at the top of the handle in order to counterbalance.
What is the easiest and neatest way to do this?
For example I would need 32 inches of 1/4 inch lead (or 16 inches of 1/2 inch ones). I fear that would create a huge bump.

You could use three strips or just under of TW tungsten tape, works good, I have used it there before. Start where the pallet ends / paint starts and work down. You could double up, not that bumpy at all

Silicone would be the best option, however a pain to remove later. Another option would be to use blu tack or tungsten putty. If you use blu tack or tungsten putty put some cotton balls on the inside of the handle and push it up before the application of the blu tack/tungsten putty to prevent the material moving up the handle.

I like blu tack, it's tack prevents it from moving once it has bonded, it's cheap and easy/easier to remove.

My Wilson Ultra Tour contains foam so I can't add more weight into the handle. Besides I want add weight at the top of the handle as that seems to have more advantages vs at the end of the handle.

I think tungsten is rather expensive so I was considering 16 inch of 1/2 inch leadtape. Will that work as well?

Yeah that will work, might create a slight raise once you put the base grip back, but probably not that noticeable. I generally put 4-5 grams using 1/4 inch lead and don't really notice it. The only time I have notices is when I put double layers of 1/4 inch lead tape to get 10 grams at the top of the handle. That had a noticeable raise where I put the lead tape.

Ahh cool, should have asked which frame. Assumed it was hollow/no foam so you could add it at the top of the handle/inside the handle.
You should be fine with the Ultra Tour, adding the 1/2 inch lead at the top of the handle, I don't think will notice any difference with the grip feel. From memory the top of the handle on the Ultra Tour angles in before it meets the frame, some frames don't do this in my experience like the Babolat Pure Strike, it is more uniform as it meets the frame.

Thank you, guys!
I'll try 1/2 inch leadtape and let you know the result.
