Adding weight to handle

Hi, I use a LM radical and I've been thinking about adding weight to the handle. The thing is the cap thing at the end looks like it can be popped out without having to remove the grip and staples and all that stuff. Anyone know if this is possible and how?

Also, I experimented with just putting tons of lead tape on top of the butt cap, does this generate the same effects?

Wilson has trap doors built into the butt caps of some of their racquets. Prince has a green plastic logo piece that is removeable on some of theirs. The only way I know to tell is to look for a seam in the butt cap or signs of the cap having multiple parts. It is easier to tell if the grip is removed from the handle. If the end looks like it can be popped out you need something thin and stiff like a knife blade to get under the edge of it to pry it off. You have to use your own judgement on how much force to apply. Adding the tape to the butt cap is a good way to try different weights before applying it permantently. It does increase the swing weight a little bit more that way since the weight is further from the axis of rotation of the frame(a point about 4" from the butt end).
