Adidas 6 Month Outsole Warranty

I sent the shoes back to Adidas in Mid November last year
My return shipping check was deposited by Adidas on 12/20 last year
But I haven't received the warranty replacement shoes yet. (it's already a month since they cashed my check)
What should I do next? Is there any email or phone that I can contact Adidas?

You should go onto their website and contact support. Or maybe your package was lost.
