Adidas 6 month warranty

has anyone sent in their shoes to adidas, and received new shoes because of adidas' 6 month outsole warranty? i've had my shoes for 4 months and i've already got holes in them. how do you exactly handle the 6 months warranty? what address to i send the shoes to? how long does it take? any other things i should know? i just want to make sure that i do everything right before i send them in and forget something important. any and all tips would really help me out. thanks a lot...

How often do you play that you wore them out?? I'm curious. I'm pretty brutal on my shoes so I'm wondering if this will be something I will be doing down the line.

I play 7 hours per week. They wore out in about 4 months.
