Adidas A3 Prevail forefoot comfort

For the Adidas A3 Prevail users, I am wondering how the foot width comfort on the Prevail compare to a New Balance size 2E. Would you consider the Prevail a D+ or EE width size?

Here are my history of tennis shoes:

1) New Balance CT 1200 2E. The most comfortable tennis shoe I have used. Feels roomy, but once I lace down my wide forefoot feels no pain.

2) Yonex SHT 304. Second most comfortable shoe. The forefoot width was not has roomy compared to NB CT 1200 2E, but it did not cause any discomfort I can recall. Quickest to move in as well due its light weight.

3) Nike Air Resolve. I have used at least 4-5 of these in the past. I currently have one, but this last one is the most uncomfortable for me in the forefoot area. Feels tight and minimal forefoot room. Perhaps due to quality control I received a bad shoe. Great durability and support, but I'm beginning to appreciate the shoes with mesh and less leather like the NB CT 1200 and SHT 304.

I currently alternate between the Air Resolves and CT 1200. I am ready to replace the Air Resolves even though I only used them twice.

If you can provide a forefoot width comfort comparison of the Prevails with the three shoes I have used, I would appreciate it.
