Adidas Barricade Bounce Wide (2E)

I am writing to give my initial review of the new Barricade Bounce Wide. First, they are not wide upon first wear. However, after breaking them in wearing around the house for a few hours they stretch out nicely. The toebox has plenty room, even with my really wide foot. The upper material is soft and pliable, while still providing stability. Played 3 sets of doubles and the shoes felt comfortable, stable and relatively quick. I cannot yet comment on the durability, but with the 6 month outsole warranty I'm not that concerned. I think this is a great shoe for players that require a slightly wider fit.

Thank you for sharing!!!

How do you rate the cushioning on the heel and forefoot?
Do you feel some sort of 'bounce' or energy return?

Thanks for the review. I'm always interested in wider shoes, especially in the toe-box.

You said they don't feel wide at first, do you mean the heel or both the heel and the forefoot?

I'll probably make a new shoe purchase in a month or two and now I have to throw Adidas into the possibles lineup.

Toe box is roomy. Rest of the shoe is average. Uppers stretch out and help with the width. They are not as wide as NB 804 2E. Similar width as Babolat SFX.
