will sasha zeverev play with it ?Adidas teasing the new ubersonic 5 on their instagram.

To my knowledge nobody had made a thread about the new shoe, but my apologies I thought that’s how you made information suddenly appearif the old thread didn't have any new info, it won't suddenly appear just by making a new thread
Horrible shoes,, no cushioning,, heel slippage...WOW. Not even going to bother testing these out. Adidas messes up again
I know right. The Ubersonic 3 (the last one I wore) was pretty plush and comfy for being a minimalist shoe. There's a reason I haven't worn anything Adidas since the Solecourt Boost, it's not like their shoes have had decent durability in years.Ugly as f*ck... Ubersonic always was a very soft, comfortable and very light shoe, what the F is this???
How is Grigor playing in this shoes with all the Heel slippage that is reported with this shoes ?

ExactlyOR Adidas really want him to wear their shoes and create a hole new molded shape to his foot in the uber casing...
He's a top 10 player so they might be able to give him that
i think they gave his shoe more cushioning as well, like Rafa shoes from nike, his ubersonic must have better stability in the heel and better cushioning as well.. Why can't they sell that version to the public ?OR Adidas really want him to wear their shoes and create a hole new molded shape to his foot in the uber casing...

That was my first thought as well. Ubersonics have all been like home slippers, soft spongy and mushy, this is the first one with a proper stiff shank, so adidas must've had some reason for that changeOR Adidas really want him to wear their shoes and create a hole new molded shape to his foot in the uber casing...

Maybe the reason behind that move is to show more that model considering Zverev is using something elseThat was my first thought as well. They already had Cybersonic with rods/plate/shank, so I doubt they would make another shoe of exactly the same type for no reason
Are you also going to give the Cybersonic 2 a try as well?Oooooh I might like these.
Came in today, will playtest tomorrow.
They fit like Nikes but with more arch support.
Feels like I'm walking on a gym floor in my socks.
Clay version FYI.

i heard it has horrible thin cushioning because they used even thinner lightstrike cushioning this time. is this true ?Shoes survived the day, strings did not.
I didn't notice that I was wearing new or different shoes and I think that's the best compliment I can give them.
To me these are an update to the Uber 2.
Uber 1 fit weird, 3 was wide and flat but we'll made and lasted a while. 4 was flimsy and wore out immediately until they made them better and then the 4.1 was trash.
I didn't tie them so I don't know how much of the heel slippage will remain but I hardly noticed it and felt quite secure.
Taught 9:30am-8:30pm including gym workout at lunchtime and drilling with college players.
Zero foot pain or anything from lack of cushioning.
Connected to the ground, adidas clay tread is the best. Excellent lateral stability, little bit of toe jamming which probably can be cured by tying them.
Early review dubs this the best Uber ever for people with long narrow feet like me.

They already have a clay outsole? Where did you get it?Shoes survived the day, strings did not.

The internet. Where all great things come from. They already have a clay outsole? Where did you get it?
What you really wanted to show here was the Wilson buttcap…
So the AG-LT23 are better shoes? I am also wearing the Lacoste but is eager to try all the new models like the Uber 5so 2 hours on foot and the shoe is light and fast. it does NOT feel good on hard court. My feet felt like I'd been playing on the bare ground when I got done. Maybe some new insoles would help here but I don't see this being a really viable shoe for heavy hard court use. Would not want to be on my feet teaching all day in these either. This was a bummer as I was really excited about this shoe. Will give it another shot just to be sure though
in comparison to the 1 time i wore the Uber5, i would much prefer the AG-LT23So the AG-LT23 are better shoes? I am also wearing the Lacoste but is eager to try all the new models like the Uber 5
