I wonder what the odds were that at the end of 2021

Laver would still be last man to win a CYGS
Rosewall would still be the oldest slam finalist and winner
Court would still be the womens singles slam record holder

and which of those records will last longest?

I think Margaret Court's record will last the longest, barring any major changes to the sport.

With the advancement of sports science, and with the increased longevity of professional athletes, then Rosewall's record is almost certainly going to be beaten sooner rather than later.

Connors was banned from playing the French.

Many in that era didn't bother to go to Australia, especially McEnroe.

3 out of 4 slams were on grass. How much more would Sampras have?

Hard to compare eras.

This is not about comparing. It is about which records are going to be 'easier' or harder to beat.

Rosewall is under threat over the next 5/6 years from Federer (unlikely, but you never know), Nadal (?), Djokovic (possible). Then safe for probably another 10-15 years.
Laver is under threat every year
Court is under threat from Serena (but looks very unlikely), then safe for many years until another current player (who?) or some future player (who, where from?) can challenge her. If ever.
