My machine was originally distributed by SAM . It is their Pro Master machine. Basically an identical rebranded machine to the older Wilson machine used in 2006 and 2007 US open. SAM distribution for stringing machines then was sold to xtremesportsmachines. There Pro Master was identical to my machine, and they supplied service and parts, even though they were in Australia, I was able to get a replacement LCD screen with in 2 weeks. Now Xtreme is gone, and if I had any issues, most likely I would be out of luck. I even inquired with Wilson as they had identical machine, and they have no service or parts as they did not make it, just sold it with Wilson name.
Fortunately machine has worked flawlessly for good number of years now, but if it goes down, without parts and service, I would be looking at getting a replacement machine. This is why I continuously look at machines available, as if mine does go down, I would be getting a replacement.
Don't over look service and parts available for future. If it says 2 year warranty, are they going to be around for 2 years, and 2 years goes by fast
I assume you are looking at this machine because of a cheap price, but as such something is typically shortchanged.
BTW, that picture of the machine looks very similar to my machine.
