Just switch from Youtek Radical MP to APD GT, after playing for 4 hrs in last week, found that APD GT is really nice, large sweetspot, easy to spin, heavy groundstrokes ...

However I feel my elbow a bit painful, not sure this due to APD GT, since i just practice serving a lot with the Radical last week.

Stiffness of APD GT is 70, but I feel that it is even softer than Wilson ProStaff 88 (official Stiffness: 67)

I also have chronic shoulder pains, but after visiting physio therapist for 2 years, even tried acupuncture, no help, just forget it. Even therapist told me my shoulder pain, is not very critical, and suggest can continue play tennis. What they told me to do is, do stretching everyday is enough.

I strung my APD GT with Gamma Professional Spin 16 at 57lbs (full bed), since the spec say String Tension: 55-65 pounds. Can I strung it at tension lower than 55lbs? will it help?

Try it with a softer co-poly at low tension... say 40# :)

Is that 40# minus 10% for poly?
