Just making a last run through all the racquets at T-W before I place my demo order and saw these two Babolat racquets on Sale: AeroStorm Cortex (non-Tour) and Pure Storm Limited (non-GT).

Just wondering if anyone has played with both and can compare them as far as control, stability, spin, and power are concerned?

Thanks.

i have both these racquets. The aero storm is a good all around racquet, modest power, lots of spin, but lacks a little in feel/control. The PSL has very little power, but great touch/feel. You will need to generate the power and spin yourself. Both are relatively stable, but I think both could use some lead in the hoop. I like the PSL at the net, because of its buttery feel. I use the PSL for more of serve and volley game and the aero storm to just go out there and hit. I string both with full poly in the 50's.

Thanks for the input.

I'm looking at ordering the PS Limited demo and adding a total of about 7g of lead (3.5 at 3 and 3.5 at 9). With string, overgrip, headtape, and rubberband that would put it around 350g, 317 swingweight, and 6.8 points headlight...sounds about perfect specs and I think the weight should add a bit of extra pop.

1 question: how hard is topspin to create with this racquet?

Thanks.
