    Hi,

So, I previously owned a "O" from Luxilon but I bought it on another forum from a stringer. It was therefore what the players were given, since Lux didn't make it avalaible for us (yet).

I didn't play with it for now.

    BUT

My old one (lost) was much more soft and flexible. It could bend, and as rougher than the new one. The new one keeps its O shape, is much smoother.

Any thoughts from people who have used both?

The old one used to kill basically any vibration it was amazing.

The previous O's were included in the string packs. I have a bunch of them.

The light purple "O's that came with the strings were great..
They did get "hard" after a while it seemed.

Its a dampener. Medium soft. Same color. Super light. 100% just go for it. Its 5 buck to try

100x better than the new stiff crap Sampras O Damp. I love the new Lux dampeners

I LOVE the new Lux dampeners. All I use now. And I never thought different dampeners made a difference but they really do

I thought the same when I received the new ones: they were definitely stiffer than my originals. Before playing with it, I spent about a week squeezing it in my hand whilst watching television; this softened it up considerably. It's very similar to the original one now.

The Prince O dampeners are very soft.

Certain dampeners do make a difference and I found these Os to dampen a lot.
