Not bad additions at all.
Osama,Cancel,Kaukovalta,Roberto,Ortiz,Nesterov... sounds legit to me if George doesn’t **** up something mid-season and has guys tanking and not performing like previous seasonsNot bad additions at all.
To call Husack an incredible recruiter is just insane. He hasn't recruited well at anytime as a head coach. He finally assembled a decent team but with the support and facilities he has they should be top 4-5 SEC every year. Plus, Husack famously quoted "He is used to playing on the last day of the tennis season", I guess he was referring to his USC days where he was Steve Johnson's water boy and got Peter Smith lunch everyday. It is a pure miracle that these players are choosing Alabama instead of MSTATE or Ole Miss... George is an incredible recruiter! Too bad he can’t make anything happen with the team
How can you say that? Alabama didn’t qualify for the NCAA in 3 years. Yet they manage to get 13.80+ UTR recruits every year. Tell me one more team in the country that manages to do that.To call Husack an incredible recruiter is just insane. He hasn't recruited well at anytime as a head coach. Impressive by Alabama. Freshman Kaukovalta seems to be a legit #3. He will be a key player for their SEC season. They have 0 seniors in the team. If they do not make the tournament this year, Husack has to leave and leave this group of guys to someone else to take them there.Crimson Tide suffer first loss of the year as Osama loses in the 3rd to Geerts at #1.
Now that Alabama is not playing the extremely soft non conference schedule the losses are starting to stack up. 0-2 this past weekend and both SEC matches, here comes the Husack effect. Tick tock, tick tock
You just couldn't wait. Are you pulling against Alabama so that the small chance of Husack getting fired after this year comes true?
bama should make the ncaas this time
wins over Arizona and Rice plus Penn State, Vtech and Tulsa
all bubble Teams and bama beat them all.
The 0-4 vs Kentucky was much closer, couldve been even 4-3 for Alabama
and the 3-4 vs Vanderbilt was Close also it was that Vandy was just this tick better
Jeff, unlike you on other threads I will back my statements up. Yes, We need a change of leadership at Bama and I and many others that follow the team know Husack is not qualified and has zero record of success as a head coach. It's time to move on! From massive transfers, major negative energy, lack of results, lack of knowledge and a attitude that he is the smartest guy in the room is why he needs to go. He has had plenty of time and resources to build a team and program and he has failed miserably. Yes, it's time for a change.
A 4-3 loss today to lowly LSU, SMH. I can just see Husack getting on the phone with Jackson State to play a quadruple header tomorrow to stop the bleeding. Tick Toc, Tick Toc
Husack needs to get it together somehow.A 4-3 loss today to lowly LSU, SMH. I can just see Husack getting on the phone with Jackson State to play a quadruple header tomorrow to stop the bleeding. Tick Toc, Tick Toc

All I see is 80% of the team are internationals.
Ole Miss has 6/8 internationals as well. Texas AM starting 6 - 4 internationals, sometimes 5. Alabama has the potential, but not the coaching staff to make it happen. And so is Mississippi State (more than 80) every year and they just keeping winning. Oklahoma State. Oh Wake Forest too.
There is no chance that Matt Roberts would leave MSU for Alabama considering the work he has done in Starkville. They almost won the SEC this year. MSU has no seniors on the current rosters. Matt Roberts wants to win SEC title with this team next year.Look for one or both Bama coaching positions to get changed within next 30 days. Matt Roberts @ MSU top candidate for mens.

I had not heard Andy was on the chopping block. I do know the new AD wants to win at every sport but I was not hearing Andy was in trouble.Whether or not he would accept, I don't know. I do have good reason to believe he will be pursued - not only by Bama but by his alma mater.
Husack has job security for the next 5 years hahaHow is the fire Husack campaign going?
In short, no.Can Alabama pull off a miracle against TAMU?
You have no idea what you are talking about. The team had a good 2 weeks, that doesn't absolve the dumpster fire that we have had to deal with the past several years. No way Husack should be back, it's time to move on.He’s proven he’s the man to take them forward. SEC is tough he’s done a good job recently. I admit he took a while to do it but people here don’t know all the details.
Bobby has been a disaster, Auburn should cut bait this summer and get an experienced program builder. It will be interesting to see what happens at Auburn. Reynolds about to go 'ofer in SEC play in his third season.

That say's a lot comparing Auburn to a team that has no scholarships or at the very best extremely limited in scholarships. One of the worst seasons for an SEC team in a long time. Other than Boston College, it's pretty rare for 1 team to be so clearly behind the rest of their conference.
