Yet he is 2-0 against Djokovic on grass, and 5-2 against Sinner on HC
Head to heads can be quite strange.
Yeah, these three altogether have a weird kind of matchup situation.Yet he is 2-0 against Djokovic on grass, and 5-2 against Sinner on HC

It will be be like 0-8 against Sinner on grass before too long. he has no answers for Sinner on grass
This is sad as Sinner definitely is not my definition of a beloved Grass player in my books, but to be fair, he was far more aggressive in his transition game than Raz today so congrats to himIt will be be like 0-8 against Sinner on grass before too long. he has no answers for Sinner on grass
This one is even worse, because Alcaraz made 36-37 Djokovic look better (by results) on the surface than he ever was in his prime.I’d also add 1-2 vs Djokovic on clay
He was at the net two times more than AlcarazThis is sad as Sinner definitely is not my definition of a beloved Grass player in my books, but to be fair, he was far more aggressive in his transition game than Raz today so congrats to him
Relax it’s very early. Sinner won’t be bagging all these slams. Someone else could come into the picture if alcaraz won’t be a challenger. We saw novak enter the picture after fed and nadal.
It will probably be 4-5 years before someone comes along though. These players aren't improving like they used to and prepared to start snatching slams. And Sinner is entering his peak years here at 24-25 years old

So is Alcaraz . We will see how dedicated he is in improving his game.

Problem with Alcaraz is I don't know really know how much better he can get. He may have already maxed out his abilities. He is short so in that sense his serve will always be a liability down the stretch. . He can't control rallies and pound balls all day like Sinner due to the size issue. He has to do so much running around. How long will his body take this before it begins to rebel on him?
Made all the more impressive by the fact that he has only lost 4 matches on grass, and the only other player that has beaten him at AELTC, has a losing 1-2 record at AELTC against him. Yet against Sinner he is 1/3 & 1/3, never looked in the match both times...And this with Sinner having to bounce back from his own situation with serious question markx because of losing Alcaraz US Open/RG matches from matchpoint up.Yet he is 2-0 against Djokovic on grass, and 5-2 against Sinner on HC
Head to heads can be quite strange.
Forget about Djokovic already. He emptied his tank for the OG2024.
That's what I'm saying. After 2023 US Open he ensured a +2 lead on the slam race. Safe enough even if Rafa made it to win another RG. Then, started to prepare for the olympics as that was the only remaining accomplishment. We all know what happened in the fall of 2023 and and afterwards: Some M1000 and the OG at RG to remark, and there he had to play at 140%. He's done. But the AO 2025 loss happened after that.
Add clay stats also for complete picture.Yet he is 2-0 against Djokovic on grass, and 5-2 against Sinner on HC
