Alcaraz will get the better of Sinner in this rivalry ...

Alcaraz will get the better of Sinner more often than not

01. Alcaraz seems to not get tired in 5th set like others on your...his level is excellent at the end of the tournaments and this is a big thing.
02. Alcaraz also has more mental toughness than anyone except Djokovic, since Novak is nosediving we can say the coast is clear for Alcaraz as there is none to outclutch him.
03. Alcaraz also seems fastest man on tour now.

So keeping these 3 things in mind, Sinner will remain Alcaraz's pigeon on all surfaces (except indoors) unless one of these 3 points crease to exist....now mental toughness is not going anywhere ....maybe he could get tired in the 5th and also slow down on footspeed years from now but that's still some years away and Sinner himself is 2 years older....so it is not like Sinner is an ageless vampire ..he too will slow down.

So keeping these things in mind I am not sure how Sinner can break free from Alcaraz's grip unless there is a big injury to derail the little fella.

Put your money on Alcaraz for Wimbledon @Kralingen unless you think Djokovic will play and win in dramatic ways...
I agree that Alcaraz will get the better of Sinner in their rivalry. I don’t think either will be the pigeon of the other because they are two evenly matched players.

I just hope both can realise and fulfill their potential so we can have the great rivalry we all hope for between the two.

So far this thread has aged well but let’s wait and watch , Sinner is better against field and for major part of the season.
Once sinner gets that next win over Alcaraz, it’s game over for the tour. We saw how he bullied Medvedev after he lost to him 6 times in a row. And he now leads the head to head

Comparing Medvedev to Alcaraz is pretty hilarious dude. Are you going to compare him to Zverev next lol?

Sinner has faced Carlos several times since he's been in his best career form and the H2H has only widened in Carlos's favor.

I think it is absolutely true that the top level in tennis is Alcaraz. And perhaps the top floor is Sinner, although the past few weeks Alcaraz's floor has been excellent. 5 titles already this season and he's just about to enter what many consider his best tournament.

Thats right.
Alcaraz is the real deal and the gap has only widened and will keep on widening. SInner fans think he is operating at a godly level but they ignore the reality that Alcaraz operates at the highest level now and is mentally a tier above SInner.

Yeah let's just ignore the facts here as they're irrelevant
1) Sinner had never defeated Medvedev before that first win in Beijing 2023, unlike Alcaraz whom he has defeated 4 times so far
2) Medvedev was in a downwards trail & Sinner on an upwards one from 2023 onwards when all 7 of Sinner's wins happened within a period of 12 months
3) Alcaraz is younger and far more versatile + talented than Medvedev

I’m kidding man. But I could see a Djokovic-2015 like transformation from Sinner

He just keeps getting away with it.
Plays a lousy match against Fognini, but of course he doesn't get punished.

Journeyman Brit in the next round was just what the doctor ordered. This tournament is already over, next!

In All 3 slams this year , Alcaraz has the edge of having 2 days of rest between the QF and the SF by being on the right side of the draw. Even when he may start to be flat because of playing a lot during the season or during his last match, he can catch a break. He is gonna play a tired auger alliassime who didn't benefit from a normal day of rest in the 3rd round.
