Is FO requirement confirmed? I understand that as a resident of Monaco all he needs is a negative PCR test and (maybe?) 10 days isolation

No visa requirements of course, he is a Schengen resident, but apparently Roland G, is a public park and therefore subject to a vaccination to enter, a negative test is not allowed, this is becoming at the moment commen in a few EU countries

In time, that may be the wisest decision he and anyone else who did not get the jab has ever made. Do you people seriously think population control billionaires like Bill Gates, Big Pharma, big government and low level beaurocratic pawns like Anthony Fauci have your best interests at heart ?
