Alpha Pioneer replacement clamps needed.

Got this response about the Pro's Pro universal clamps, but i thought i read somewhere hear that they won't fit the Alpha Pioneer machine. "The Pro's Pro Universal Fixed Clamps are compatible for both tennis and badminton strings + in stock and will fit into the Clamp Bases of your Alpha Pioneer stringing machine". Is this true?
I know i can order original Alpha clamps, but these are a lot cheaper.
Any other suggestions would be welcome also.

Pretty sure the shaft diameter is not the same between Pro’s Pro clamps and Alpha bases. You could probably get a machinist to make them fit...but that’s going to obviously cost extra.
