Is there any how to string a tennis racket videos on people using the Alpha Revo 4000 stringer or a stringer which is similar to this one?

Im thinking about buying a stringer, possibly this one but I dont know how to string a racket.

What do you need to know how to do? I'll try to post a video about it. :)

I need to know how to string a tennis racket. I bought an X-2 about a year ago but I never knew how to use it so I decided to sell it. But now Im thinking about buying a stringer once again maybe the Alpha 4000 but I need to know how to string a racket or I'm probably going to have to sell it.

It'll work for pulling knots tight, not for holding tension though. :D

The only thing that you need to know that's different on the Revo from the one I string on is the operation of the tension head. Once you figure out how to pull tension on it you are pretty much set. the only thing I'd get into a habit doing is putting the tension head as close to the frame as you can on each pull. This produces a more consistent string job, not only across the stringbed, but from racquet to racquet and string job to string job.

I find a prestige mid to be tough to weave becuase, by the time you get toward the end of the crosses, there is so little space with the last couple of holes being extremely closte together and right at the frame edge.

Also, if you do a one piece, you will need to do an around the world pattern (search) or you will end up stringing the crosses from the bottom to the top

You could also use a box pattern. Both the box pattern and numerous ATW patterns are on my YouTube channel.

hey, i was planing on ordering this machine and was just wondering what exactly comes with it besides the pliers and cutters. Does it come with anything extra?(Strings, etc.)

I've heard that it comes with somewhere on the order of 20 strings, 30 overgrips and 4 replacement grips.

There should be a thread solely for the purpose of tracking such things. that way you know if you got your fair share. :):D

Thats about what I got.

I am not a big fan of Alpha strings, but it is nice to have to sets for practicing.

i made one and will post it when i manage to get it off the camera what in particular are you looking for i will make a new one addressing those interest

Even given all of the racquets that I string, I still love to watch the stringing videos that people post and Yulitle yours are the best by far. I particularly like the one you did on the UKRSA ATW pattern. I wish I had your video to watch when first learning to string. More importantly, what album is playing during that video?

The first song is "In Fear and Faith" by Circa Survive (Juturna) and the second is "My Moon My Man" by Feist (The Reminder) :D
