Alpha's Customer Service

drop shot

Rookie
Just completed a transaction with Mark Gonzales at Alpha Sports. He absolutely went the extra mile for me. He answered all of my questions with patience and was always available when I needed him. If customer service is important to you I would highly suggest that you buy from Alpha. I have heard nothing but good things about their stringing machines and loom forward to receiving it.

Agreed, Mark is a good guy as is Alpha. The only problem I have with them is thier shipping/packaging. But Mark fixed the problem I had.

Ditto!

Excellent. There is an older post with the same heading. I was looking for parts for an older Alpha Drop-weight. They had the parts.. price was fair.. shipping was fast.. free advice on how to get the most out of my older machine (Hints.. inside tricks.. etc) and BTW.. most of the staff was off at a trade show when I talked to them and they still came thur with the goods. Like playing the 3rd set with a sore arm.. and still winning. Anyone that ever worked for a organization and was left to man the home office when most of the staff was away.. will really understand how good Alpha service is. Have a great day! Almost forgot.. they also sent me a link to a complete manual for my stringer and parts list!

I'm considering the Axis Pro, when the budget allows. What type of shipping/packaging problems did you have?

I bought the Revo 4000 (Axis pro without a stand). The packaging was not done properly, so I got a machine that was a little scratched and had styrofoam "stains" because the plastic wasn't on right. Also, because of the packaging I got a bent "foot". It wasn't a big deal at all because I emailed Mark and he sent me a new one after checking everything himself. The main problem is that the UPS guys throw around the package and the packaging from Alpha didn't accomodate. I'm glad I bought the machine though... very happy with it.

Ditto on the Alpha customer service, especially Mark Gonzales. Spent months researching stringers and Alpha's customer service made the difference.

I didn't mean my last post to be a slam in any way towards Alpha or Mark.

I just wasn't sure if they had a new web address. Sorry for any misunderstanding or misinterpretation.
