alu power rough vs rip spin

both strung at 55 lb in BLX blade 98 16x19 string pattern.

-the rip spin feels to be a much softer string with a more forgiving string bed. Alu power rough feels more like a board with a harsh response.

-I found the rip spin to produce much more spin for the first 6-10 hrs (I was hitting with some huge spin) but after that its spin potential has dropped.. I was never able to get good spin with the alu power rough.. The dead rip spin produces about the same spin potential as the alu power rough. I never felt like the alu power rough was lively and lost its muster, it just never had it…

-as far as feel go, although from the baseline the alu power rough was stiff/boardlike, surprisingly I had good feel with it at the net. I feel my touch at the net was equal between the strings..

Overall I like the way the rip spin plays better..
