Am i Radical or Prestige ?

So here we go, now is time to give Head a shot. The first thing i'd like to establish is if i have the game for the Prestige line or if the Radicals suit my game better.

I already have an old LM Radical MP that i would playtest next to a Microgel Prestige MP. Is that a fair comparison given that they are not from the same "technology"?

In other words, do you think i should compare LM to LM or MG to MG or do the Radical and Prestige lines retain enough of their characteristics over the years to be a fair comparison?

I actually made the switch from the lm radical to the prestige mid. You may want to throw more info in about what you'd like to get out of the racquets and how you play. IMO the lm line was one of the best radicals to come out, I wasn't a huge fan of the flexpoint nor the microgel

i think if you like the lm radical mp you'd prefer the mg prestige mp over the mg radical or even yt radical mp. both the mg and yt version of the radical are significantly more flexible and as a result less powerful.

more so than the technology i'd look at the specs of the rackets and use that as your point of comparison. the specs of the radical line have changed considerably since the introduction of the mg version. when you compare specs the mg prestige mp is much closer to the lm radical mp than the latest iteration of the radical.

i think head wanted to create a clear deviation between the two series of rackets as the radical mp and prestige mp were slowly evolving into the same racket. as it stands now, the radical is lighter and more flexible, and the prestige is heavier and stiffer.

the technologies on the frames are quite different. the flexpoint, liquidmetal, and microgel and i.prestiges all played quite differently.
