If there is no power, did you check to see if it may be a bad surge suppressor that it is plugged into? Possibly there may be a fuse somewhere in the unit. I would look at the electronics and see if you can find a fuse somewhere along the power lines, or possibly a thermal fuse in the line, and if is a thermal fuse, you just need a wire to jump across to see if that is what is blown, may also be a blown transformer, or a blown capacitor. Capacitors do fail over time, and is a relatively common electric part that fails,
. Capacitors some look like a small coffee can shape item, and when they look swollen, then it is the blown one, usually the first one in the line gets the hit and fails.. Hopefully you can fix, or possibly you can send tension mechanism to tennis machines? Or call tennis machines and ask where you can start looking, as if you can narrow down the part, possibly they can just send you a replacement part. They may have an idea of what parts would fail over time to cut the power out. May be worth a try even to just swap a few parts to see if it takes care of it.
Sorry to hear about this!
I remember when you got it, as it doesn't seem all that long ago.
The Sensor is a great machine.
I wish I had that one! (Working of course)
Most likely a fuse, or capacitor, or transformer, in that order.
BTW, if you have to move it down stairs, I would disassemble it in 3 section, the tension unit, the table, and the stand, to make moving it more feasible.
