Was that a colorway he wore before or totally new? If it's new one, I think UA still supplying him shoes? On the TV right now, commentator mentioned why UA didn't supply him multiple pairs as it's kinda bothering him(may be wet/slippery).

They’re the same colorway as the one he used in the 2018 USO, I guess UA made him a few more of those, or maybe just one pair from what it seems.

That explains why he only have 1 pair for the match then. I think he just using his remaining usable shoes provided by UA when he was on contract.

UA just makes these custom tennis shoes for Andy Murray only! Not sold! UA has very few tennis clothing/shoes you can buy. Shoes is not offered for sale. Tennis clothing is not offered in U.S. I think you can buy some UA tennis gear in the Middle East. Murray is no longer under UA shoe contract is the rumor. He uses his UA tennis shoes sparingly now since he cannot re-order at will.

Murray wouldn’t have been slipping in sweat puddles if the AMC(astore) shorts didn’t shed every bit of sweat that dropped into them from the badly designed shirts. He has a stake in the company; get them to improve the wicking so the sweat stays in the fabric and acts as a cooler so he sweats less. Or he could stop drinking Red Bulls as a pre-match pickmeup. I don’t remember him to be like another Andy in the heavy sweating category.

Makes sense. Must be running out soon too since last year during grass season, he didn’t seem to have any to play with. Must just really love the classic barricade

Aren’t they Adidas with a UA paint job? It was my understanding from many threads circulating here years ago that UA couldn’t satisfy his play testing of their junk and he took Barricades and had them painted up to conceal the trademark 3-stripes. Has he now moved on to another brand that suits him better than Barricades?

Petchey was talking in the commentary about his shoes with Roger Rasheed, who said how heavy they looked and Petchey (who spent a lot of time with Murray in his team in 2021 apparently) said he'd been trying lighter shoes at times but didn't feel stable and that he needed the bulkier shoes but it added a bit of weight to his feet and probably didn't help him in terms of making him work harder to move as well.
