Recently, I just got a new tennis coach and i do 3 INTENSE hours every Tuesday's and Friday's. but i still play everyday for about 1 or 2 hours, not so intense. but always after a tennis lesson my right ankle and knee started to hurt a lot. so after a Tuesday lesson and on Wednesday my right knee and ankle will give me irritations. So should i start wearing an ankle brace? and if so which one which would u recommend?
