Annoying french fans

They are out there once again with their annoying chant. If you're attending the Aussie open and happen to be sitting near one of these clowns, can you ask them to shut their yaps? Tell them that all tennis fans thank them and that we won't need to hit mute on our remotes anymore whenever a french player is on tv.

i agree if u actually watch the replay of the simon vs ancic match me and my cro boys were chanting for ancic. when the french started chanting we would get up and chant who are ya! who are ya! who are ya! really put them in their place. hope ur proud

i've been to the open a few times this yr, and the french are not as bad as serbians or croats...they arent bad at all actually, some really nice ppl but there are some idiots like the ones who threw the chairs...zzzz

Why does this thread lead you to believe that I'm an American? Those french fans are just annoying. I am sad to say that it looks like we all have to hear those annoying fans whenever a french player is in action. If I was one of those french players I would tell them to shut their yaps!

They might be annoying (actually they annoyed me a little during the Verdasco-Tsonga match,) but I don't think they were doing anything illegal. If that's the way they want to support their players, so be it.

They annoyed me more during Tsonga's match with Nando than his match with James.

I'm American, and I was kind of relieved when James got rid of the JBlock.

I don't mind the French fandudes supporting their players, but could they learn more than one song, maybe?

It's not even a song, it's just an annoying grunt that gets higher and higher in pitch.
