Here is another example of hitting a good shot off back foot. I thought that my backhand slice was out at first so I was caught flat footed. Then I ran up to fast and had to adjust back some to be able to hit the shot. But this forehand shows that a good shot can be hit off back foot while pulling back.

In other words because of my bad footwork I have to be able to hit decent shots even though I am not in good position or off balanced. Lol

Nice angled slice... but you could hit that with correct footwork..

Also potential footfault. You move your front foot on your serve before you hit the ball - and its pretty close to the line to start.

What type of setup (camera type, recording settings) is used to get such a clear smooth slow motion?

Also, I'm not sure why Youtube reports that the video is 854 x 480 @30 fps, when it is clearly a high frame rate video.

Yes I have to quit moving forward on the serve.

I used an I phone then put it in slow motion on YouTube.
